Access Database to Excel Converter Program

Step 1) Download PDS Access to Excel conversion software from

Step 2) Install PDS Access to Excel Converter tool into your computer

Step 3) Click Start >> Program >> Perfect Data Solutions >> PDS Access to Excel Conversion

Now software opens up and looks somthing like-

Step 4) Click on "Open" button or Click on "Open File" under File Menu.\

Now click on Browse button to select the appropriate Access database file.

Note: If your Access database file is password protected, then please check the check box and supply the correct access password.

When you browse and select the MDB file and supply the password, then it will looks like this-

Now click on Start button to start the file analysis processes.

When software fully analyze Access database file, then software show's you all the Access tables and their respective entries as a tree like view-

Here you can view all of the Access database tables and their entries.. Now select the table name (which you want to export into Excel) and click on Export button and choose the file saving location.

After selecting the file saving location software start the conversion processes and show you like this-
