Step 1) Download PDS Access to MySQL Database conversion software from

Step 2) Install PDS Access to MySQL Converter tool into your computer

Step 3) Click Start >> Program >> Perfect Data Solutions >> PDS Access to MySQL Conversion

Now software opens up and looks somthink like-

Click Browse button and select the MS Access database file.

Note: If MS Access database file is password protected then type the original password manually in "USE PASSWORD" module.

Here are three modes for MS Access database to MySQL database conversion-

Move to MySQL Directly - Select this option, if you want to convert your MS Access database to MySQL database directly.

Store into Dump File - Select this option, Software creates a .sql file in your computer. This option is useful if you want to manualy import your MS Access database to MySQL database.

Both - Select this option if you want to directly import MS Access database to MySQL database conversion as well as software creates a new .sql file in your computer.

Step 4) Click Next button to proceed...

Step 5) Provide necesary information to establish connection with MySQL Server.

Step6) Click Next button to proceed..

Step 7) Select the tables from list and click Next button, then software show you the conversion process as below -

After complete conversion process, Software will display you the conversion log as-
